I would think twice if I had to come back there

the cleaning service was excellent breakfast was good staff were really friendly

air-conditioning stop working on the last two days and the room was smelling as if someone was baking something in the kitchen (5th floor - 526) lift is slow as a fu**k paid internet and not reliable to work if you need not parking space as many other hotels

More toiletries in the bathroom. Lack of detailed information on what is available in the rooms. For example, more than one guest did not know that there was a mini fridge in bedrooms. I noticed there was one in the room just before my check out.

oom cleaning was poor. We broke a glass and until the end of the holiday we found glass all over the room. The air conditioning worked very badly, the room was a little cooler than outside. The refrigerator didn't work at all.

in general we are satisfied with our stay

Good location, nice view on swimming pool, tasty food

Had to wait for check in near 1 hour and access card was blocked few times. we had two beds together and for some reasons it was split all the time and had to move it. Also kitchen stopped to prepare some types of food neat 10, even though the breakfast is till 10:30.

Lovely 3 star hotel-good value and near to beach and restaurants

Room was very clean, bed comfortable and had a good size balcony. Cleaned every day if you wanted. Lovely bar and pool. Nice atmosphere in the evenings for a drink outside. Lovely air conditioned reception. Staff very nice and helpful. 10 min walk to the beach and restaurants and shops and 15 min walk to the bus 25 to Palma. Breakfast very fresh, lovely wholemeal rolls. Very good value for money for a 3 star.

Room was a little small so not much space to move around. Not many vegan options for breakfast (tomatoes, mushrooms, hash browns) and fruit but lots of meat, cheese and eggs. Stair carpets need replacing as very worn. Pool closes at 8 which was a shame. Bright lights on the balconies until midnight. Breakfast room was a bit bright (lighting) and toaster took many goes to toast bread.

Very good breakfast, nice staff, comfortable beds, good looking lobby

Our bathroom was leaking so a plumber had to come fix it- while doing that our room was open the whole time (we were at breakfast, someone could steal anything). Also parking is haaaaard to find around the hotel. If youre lucky you get a space on a parking really near it but we rarely got it there.

My husband and I had an amazing time there. We loved how stylish the lobby and the bar were. Great value for many. Amazing breakfast and dinner buffet for good price.

The beds were comfy.. air conditioning was great.. location was ideal. Poolside restaurant food was very nice. It was nice to be able to use the facilities at Ipanema Beach also their pool is alot nicer.

The room was cramped.. the large desk at foot of beds made it difficult to pass by to the balcony.. (pics included ) I inquired into renting a fridge numerous times before arriving via email.. then again on arrival they said they would contact me.. did not hear back.. the weather was too hot not to be able to keep cool drinks in your room. I did not mind €39 price quoted for a weeks rental they just never came back to me. A small table to go with the 2 chairs on the balcony would have been ideal.

It was well situated not far from the beach (maybe a 5min walk). The lobby and bar area was very modern, the rest of the hotel was rather plain but still okay for the price. The rooms were clean and also cleaned frequently so we didn’t have an issue with cleanliness. Each room comes with a balcony, TV and a desk. The pool area was fine - for a day or two you could relax there when you get there in time to get a sun lounger. All in all the room is okay - if you don’t want to spend all day in the hotel otherwise book somewhere else. The staff were really nice to us so that’s a big plus. Safe is available for 3€ per day. there’s a very nice bar next to the pool area when you want to get drinks or snack in the midday. From Burgers and fries. to pasta as far as i remember.

Wifi costs 3€ per day PER PERSON not per room. which is quite a price for wi-fi that does not work all the time. The breakfast that we had included was passable but not a lot of variation. Same thing everyday but everything was warm when we got there (8.30am) Other than that we got really unlucky with our room bc of our neighbours- they were screaming, pounding on the wall or playing music very loudly. When coming home from parties at 6/7am they mostly thought it was funny to either bang on our door or be so loud that nobody had any chance to sleep anymore. However they got a warning from the hotel so it died down a little. Two days later other gentlemen moved into the room next to us only for us to be scared shitless bc they were hopping onto our balcony in the middle of the night. also very very loud and when their friends wanted to pick them up they most of the times didn’t know which room exactly it was so they were banging on their and our door in the middle of the night. all in all we don’t really think it’s really family friendly. most of the guests that we met were there for partying which is totally fine, but they were loud to the point where it got really annoying and we started dreading the night because who knew if they would get to our room again to start pounding on the door. for us the hotel as such would’ve been okay enough because we were mostly sleeping and showering there but the fact that we had so many issues with our next door neighbours has put the stay in the hotel in not the greatest light.

Good for the price but very noisy area

clean, two pools, very friendly staff

They are charging for wifi and for refidgerators which is in my opinion just a stupod way to make extra money. I have never been to hotel like this. fridge and wifi should be included in price. made a very bad first impression. Food at breakfast was medium quality (hams) but a big choice. Dinners (meat, fried seafood) were not fresh but from frozen food. It was also very noisy area.
